The story behind You See Me
WHY
YOU SEE ME.
Ricky Johnson created You See Me with a simple purpose: to make hand signals more distinct, on the ride and in the pits.

01 / The idea
BORN FROM NECESSITY.
Ricky’s riding and teaching put hand signals at the center of his work. In Mexico and in the pits, he wanted a glove that made those signals easier to pick out.
02 / The problem
A HAND UP. WHAT NEXT?
Dust makes a busy pit harder to read. Ricky describes crews raising black-gloved hands after a task: is that a stop signal, or a sign that the car can go?
03 / The design
TWO SIDES. CLEAR INTENT.
In the film, Ricky uses the orange STOP palm to call a halt and turns to the green back to signal go. He demonstrates signaling with one hand while the other is free for the radio or another task.
